The money from our products goes back into the programs that our participants run, to purchase, improve, develop new opportunities or expand on existing ones.
All of our items are hand crafted by our clients, making every piece unique. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in size, colour, and appearance are expected and celebrated as part of their charm. These small differences and occasional imperfections are a testament to the craftsmanship and care that goes into creating each item, rather than a flaw. We hope you appreciate the individuality of each piece as much as we do
Part of our charm lies in the fact that each artwork is individually created by one of our talented artists. No two pieces are ever the same. While we’ll do our best to accommodate colour preferences, please note that the final colour and design are determined by the artist’s availability, as well as their creative choices. This means every order is a delightful surprise!
Our participants ship each item, including the wrapping, the labeling and going to the post office to send the item. Therefore, our products might take a bit longer than your average online shop to be delivered.

Including connection to the broader community and the opportunity to share passions, interests, creativity while creating an inclusive environment and contribution from people living with a disability.
Our products are made in our different services across NSW, therefore, your order might contain products made in different locations, resulting in multiple parcels.
Our participants wrap, label and go to the post office to ship each item themselves. The $10.00 covers the shipping fee for your items with the above considerations.
